About Crossroads Donkey Rescue:
Crossroads Donkey Rescue consists of a small
group of dedicated donkey lovers located
throughout the state of Michigan that genuinely
love the hearts and souls of the donkey. We
believe that their reputation of being a
"stubborn ass" is misguided and that the general
public needs to become aware of the donkey's
loving nature towards humans. Along with the
education, our goal is to save abused and
neglected donkeys that might be destined for
slaughter, rehabilitate them, and place them in
permanent loving homes.

How We Operate:
Crossroads Donkey Rescue is sustained with the
help of our board members, through dedicated
volunteers, and through donations from the
general public. Our 501 (c)(3)
status as a non-profit organization has been
approved by the federal government. Our Tax
Identification number is
38-3592352. All donations received by
Crossroads are tax deductible and goes towards
the care and maintenance of our rescue animals.
We have no paid employees.
